I've lived near here all my life and eaten here more times than I can remember. NOW we have New owners trying to make more profit PERIOD! We used to love this location. Now, the salad bar stinks(as in smells bad) the ranch is a cheaper brand that runs like water.... Big Boy has awesome ranch dressing normally. I'm rather sad to say we won't be returning.

I got extreme food poisoning from the salad at this restaurant. I formerly loved big boy and this location but will never, under any circumstance, return to this restaurant. The most violently ill I have been in several years. Beware of anything served uncooked.

Let me say i love big boys, i been going to them since i was a kid. But i got to say for the last 2 years they have been going downhill in the quality department. their burgers seem to be getting smaller just like their portions of other things like the knife and fork chicken dinner. I remember when i first got that the chicken was huge and it was juicy and tasty. Now i don't get it anymore as the chicken is 1/4 the size it used to be and not as tasty. Its still on my list for places to go but its not on my top anymore.

Big Boy Restaurant is a Detroit foodies favorite. Great place for families and you'll be comfortable eating alone. The food and service is always excellent.

Poor sat at our table and no one even came up to acknowledge us or get our drink order
